What is wholesaling real estate?
Wholesaling is putting a property under contract at a discount and assigning that contract to a cash buyer for a fee, or buying and reselling it in a double closing. You're paid for finding and negotiating the deal, without fixing or holding the property yourself.
Do I need a lot of money or credit to wholesale?
Wholesaling typically takes far less of your own money than buying and flipping, because you're assigning the contract rather than buying the house. The boot camp covers earnest money, marketing budgets and how to fund deals when you do decide to buy and flip.
Is wholesaling legal?
